.577 2-band Enfield Rifle, 48.3/4 in., barrel 33in., Fullstocked, the lock engraved with Victorian Crown and "TOWER 1873″;. Steel mounts with the barrel, lock plate, trigger-guard, butt-plate, ramrod, and sling swivels all to a dull grey finish with surface pitting throughout. One side of the rear ladder sight has been knocked off. The lovely walnut stock is has some knocks and bruises to the woodwork, surface pitting and age wear commensurate with age, good overall condition.

As a 100+ year old obsolete calibre/ antique firearm no licence is required to own this item in the UK if retained as part of a collection or display. NB A FIREARMS CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED TO OWN THIS RIFLE FOR SHOOTING
