Sanderson British 1907 Pattern bayonet in leather scabbard. Overall length 22.1/2in., blade length 17in. Blade to shiny grey patina with darker patches in places and several inspection marks to one side at the rocasso. The opposite side stamped with 1907 and the maker "sanderson". The push buttton muzzle release works well with cross-guard and pommel to shiny grey/ brown patina and some surface pitting. The wooden grips are complete and in good condition. The steel chapes to the top and bottom of the black leather scabbard are also to a dark grey/ brown patina with surface pitting throughout. The whole in good overall condition commensurate with age.
